What kind of providers do you have?
We have the best kind: Providers who are good listeners, smart clinicians, and who are motivated to help you get better quickly! Our team is made up of Doctors, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.
Do I need an appointment?
We are happy to see you as a walk-in appointment, but we also love scheduled appointments- either work! If you want to be seen promptly at a specific time, make an appointment and we'll reserve that time for you. If you're feeling ill and need to show up as soon as possible, we would love to help!
Why choose Evergreen Urgent Care?
We are an independent clinic so we don't have the agenda of a big hospital system, and we don't have investors so we don't focus on profit motives. This means our focus is on you and finding individualized solutions for your unique healthcare needs.
Do you take my insurance?
Most likely, yes! We take most major insurances including OHP, Moda, Regence, and 10 others. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Providence or Kaiser insurance- If you have a Kaiser or Providence High-Deductible plan, you might consider choosing not to use your insurance coverage and instead take advantage of our affordable cash-pay rates, or pay with your HSA card.
What if I don't have insurance?
Our mission is to be patient-centered and price transparent, so if you don't have insurance we are happy to discuss visit costs upfront. We have purposefully set prices lower than our competitors because we want the focus to be on getting you better, not the cost.
I need an Xray, can you help?
Yes, we can help with any X-ray needs! If we cannot help, we will point you in the right direction and get you properly taken care of. Come see us if you need a quick look at an injury.
